洪永欣は台湾・新北市出身の画家。国立台湾師範大学、国立台湾藝術大学で学び、古代壁画や民俗美術からの影響を感じさせる寓話的な世界観の絵画を制作している。
鉱物顔料などの伝統的な素材を用い、人間と動物、文化的象徴の関係を主題にした独自の表現で注目を集めている。
